Supporting Children’s Well-Being and Resilience in the Wake of Covid 19
In the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, it is more important than ever for schools to focus on
children’s well-being and resilience. Many children have been severely impacted in many ways, and
may be struggling with strong emotions including anxiety, fear, disappointment and grief. Through
building and nurturing positive relationships and supporting emotional regulation, teachers and SNAs
can support children through this process to help them to develop a strong sense of well-being and
resilience. This webinar will explore specific approaches from Positive Psychology, which is the
science of well-being.
