The Middle Leader – a Key Member of the School Community

Target Group:  Teachers who currently hold or aspire to positions of leadership in post primary schools

The course will address the following themes:

·      Defining Middle Leadership

·      Models of Leadership and their application

·      Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader

·      Leading teams

·      Planning

·      Managing meetings

·      Managing conflict

·      Preparing for Interviews

The course, which will be facilitated by Harry Freeman, will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.
